French quotation mark

Hello,
It seems the plugin deactivates the WordPress function that transforms English quotation marks ” in French ones «» (I think it is this one : https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Function_Reference/wptexturize).

Do you think you can avoid that in any future update ?
