Frequency does not always increase

    First of all thank you for this very useful plugin.

    I have detected a strange case when pulling reports. Sometimes, frequency does not update when there are searches so that I have repeated searches for the same term, at different times and even dates, and frequency does not update. Or it is not always updated.

    What could be happening?
