    Hi:
Trying out your plugin which my client wants to use to collect email addresses.
Is it possible to set a rule so the popup doesn’t appear again to someone who’s provided their email info?

    Thanks!

    Hey @vytaulla51,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Which plugin are you using to collect email addresses? The premium version of Boxzilla has integration with our other plugin “MailChimp for WordPress”. So when a user subscribes the pop-up is not displayed.

Thanks for the reply. Just using a jetpack form – not tied into MailChimp or Constant Contact.

There is no build in way to do that. If you are a programmer you can manually (via javascript for example) set the boxzilla cookie to a very long time when the form is submitted. It’s the same cookie that is set “on close”.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Thank you for responding! Appreciate your plugin!

I want the box to close (for good) after submission. I’m NOT a programmer – help! website is http://www.soulcallministries.org
