Frequently Asked Questions Plugin (FAQ)

I am looking for a FAQ plugin that is well designed. I would like it to use slide toggles to achieve this. Having the question in the top section the user clicks the plus sign and it slides the answer below it as well as changing the plus sign to a minus sign to indicate clicking again will close it.

Below is a page I made for another one of my sites however the slide toggles are shortcodes hard coded into the theme. I am looking to achieve the same effect with maybe a plugin designed specifically for FAQ pages or even a plugin that offers the same functionality that this theme did to just add slide toggles.

The other thing I am looking for is probably having the FAQ page have search functionality allowing a user to type in their question / keywords and have it try and give them a answer.
