Frequently getting email notification for Technical Issue

I am using the User registration plugin and everything was working fine, but nowdays I am getting an emails regarding the technical issue.

As I getting this email notification frequently, and on the site, there is no errors found hence everything is working fine, but still getting these types of emails.
Can anyone let me know where I am doing wrong and how to resolve these issues?
