Fresh Install Hit Setup Breaks website

Don’t really know how to explain what I’m seeing. I have only Divi installed. When I install Woocommerce and go to settings everything breaks apart. I can click back on my browser and everything looks fine. If I skip setup and just go to products everything breaks up again. Lose the User interface left only with links.
