'From Address' Issue

When clients use my wordpress contact form, Postman does override my From e-mail and uses the clients e-mail as the from e-mail address but it no longer uses their name. Instead, Postman uses my WordPress Site Title for some reason. I have worked around this by deleting my site title and leaving it blank which causes just the clients e-mail address to display but I would prefer Postman to use the clients name from the form like it use to do before the update instead of looking to my site title. the reason is I like to sort and search my client contact forms and I can’t very well do that if they all display my wordpress site title in the ‘from e-mail address’ field.
