Thank you for your message and sorry for the issue. Just to clarify, are you saying that when the administrator deletes the user, the user’s subscription does not get deleted on the gateway?
Thank you for your feedback @pswpress, this should cancel the user’s subscription from the payment gateway. What payment gateway are you currently using?
As a temporary solution to ensure that the user’s subscription does get deleted you are able to change their membership level to none before deleting the user.
Alternatively, for the time being, you are able to delete the subscription from the payment gateway you are using.

Currently we are using ‘Paypal Standard’ gateway.

For the time being, please set the user’s membership to none and select ‘cancel subscription at payment gateway’ before deleting the user.
