    hi there. I have add this all working fine before. Today, I tried a multiple admin plugin so that the forms I am sending would be sent to my email address and my clients email address. After trying this plugin, I noticed that ‘from address’ as setup in postman smtp was being ignored. I have tried checking the box to prevent plugin and themes from changing but still emails are sending from the incorrect from address.

    Trying to fix this, I removed the multiple admin plugin and reverted back to my one admin address but still, the wrong email is showing in ‘from’

    I then changed my admin email address to an entirely new address and still, the old admin address is showing in ‘from’.

    I have a feeling some site files were changed with the multi admin plugin and am hoping I can get some assistance as to what I need to change to revert back to prior settings.

    Hope you are doing good.

    Did you try to clear your website cache?

    You have to talk to multi-admin plugin support about this issue; in the meantime, I will share this issue with my team; they will test it with the Multiple Admin plugin, and if we find any conflict or issues with our plugin, we will fix it and release our updated version soon.
