From Name setting not respected

    Just discovered the From Name setting is not anymore respected by standard WP emails, all WP standard emails uses the default ‘WordPress’ as the from name, only if using the Force setting will the name be changed to my Easy WP setting.

    For standard WP user reg. emails the force option is OK, but now my other plugins also sending emails is “forced” to use the “one” setting in Easy WP.

    Any ideas?

    WP 5.9 and PHP 8.0.15

    Hi, which contact form plugin are you using? Who is your host? Which mail server are you currently using to send your emails?

    Kadance block form who can set all correct, but not if Easy WP is set to force the From name. I discovred the changed behaviour on standard WP generated messaged after some user reg. test to my self yesterday.

    Setup have been the same for months, no changes. The changed behaviour with using WordPress as the sender can have been there for some time, just stumbled over it yesterday.

    No big deal, just irritating the set From name in Easy WP is not respected, without the need to Force all to use that From name.
