From Name wrong when receiving email

I used a template when creating my WP site. The contact page already had the contact form. Now when sending myself a test message using the form, the email shows the name of the template (earth) as the from name (although when I click on it my email address is also there).

How do I change that? Or should I just create a brand new form?
