From wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn please help

    At this point and after several days I am tired

    I transffered from wp.com to wp.org for an e commerce. I bought the premium theme at themeforest.net and also 1 year hosting at bluehost.com
    now
    i move from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn but I can NOT install WordPress 4.5.3 please help me
