Front and login maths problem

    Hi Tracey,

    We haven’t seen any similar reports. It being an intermittent problem is going to make it a lot harder to trace too; you can’t just disable other plugins (because something else must be causing the redirect) and have affected users retest.

    Try to look for a pattern if you can first. Do they have similar roles? Any other similar data that might be unique to affected users? Are other plugins set up to perform redirects?

    It’s not going to be the Toolkit itself causing issues, so look for anything that could be affecting landing page on login.

    Thanks for getting back to. There doesn’t appear to be a pattern to it either. 🙁

    Hi Tracy, based on some recent experiences with other sites, it’s most likely the JetPack plugin causing the math question redirect. Have a look at your JetPack settings and disable any settings around login security and see if that resolves the issue.
