Front End breaking

Hello, I’m using your plugin to set up consultation appointments about online courses but there are a couple of issues.
First is that sometimes the front end of the form breaks and it becomes unusable. I think that it may have something to do with the shortcode. When I’m in the plugin backend it gives me the code [CP_APP_HOUR_BOOKING id=”1″] and I paste it as such in the page. After the design breaks the code becomes [CP_APP_HOUR_BOOKING id=””1″”] with double quotation marks. When I fix it and refresh everything is fine.
The other thing I want to ask about is can a success message display when someone books the appointment properly? Also can an email be sent to the website admin as soon as someone books or is it only possible once a day with the reports?

Please check the format of que quote characters in the shortcode:

Use the following settings field to indicate to what page redirect after the booking (the page that contains the thank-you/confirmation message):
