Front-end Javascript not running

    Issue:

    Javascript for Woo Product Carousel element and Woo Product Gallery element (and probably others) do not run on site front-end, only the Elementor back-end/ page designer.

    Effects:

    Product Carousel: Only shows the first item in the carousel, no carousel movement or buttons

    Product Gallery: Categories buttons do not work, cannot change categories

    Versions (all are the most recent)

    Elementor Version 3.13.2

    Elementor Pro 3.13.1

    Essential Addons for Elementor 5.7.2

    Woocommerce 7.7.0

    Theme: OceanWP 3.4.3

    Caching plugins off. Cloudflare set to development mode/cache deleted.

    Tried:

    Elementor Experiments turned to off – no change.

    Essential Addons -> Tools -> Regenerate Assets – does not fix.

    Essential Addons -> Tools -> Asset Embed Method – does not fix.

    All other plugins have been turned off to test if issue went away – did not fix

    Hope you’re doing well. Sorry for the inconvenience that occurred and for the delayed response.

    That seems strange. We understand your concern. Could you kindly provide us with the URL of the page where the issue is occurring? Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share a screenshot or screencast highlighting the specific issue. It will help us to assist you accordingly.

    In the meantime, Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

    Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia, or Twenty Twenty Three. And, check back as well.

    Site had issues with these two even with all other plugins deactivated but I have not had a chance to try a different theme yet to check that.

    Hi @liswa ,

    Thanks for the screenshot and page URL. That seems strange and already forwarded your query to our DEV team and let you know the update afterwards.

    In the meantime, can you try to inactivate the Upgrade Swiper Library for troubleshooting purposes? Please navigate to the WordPress Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Feature > Scroll down to Upgrade Swiper Library and make it inactive. Then, save the changes and also check the theme conflict check.

    Hi

    Swiper is inactive as I saw that in a previous support topic I thought may be relevant -> issue persists.

    Issue persisted even with Astra theme instead of OceanWP.

    Hi @liswa ,

    I regret to inform you that we are still unable to replicate the issue on our side. We have noticed that your website has caching enabled. You can check our demonstration here. Would you mind purging the cache, please? Once you have purged the cache, kindly deactivate the caching plugin temporarily for troubleshooting purposes. Keep the environments the same ( without caching plugin enable ) and let us know. We will check that from our end then.

    Hi Ashikur

    Thank you for the video, as it helped me track down the issue. I had thought the issue was with the plugin as it persisted past the caching plugin being turned off and Cloudflare being put into Development mode.

    However, there was a setting on Cloudflare which persisted after a Cache purge and development mode being enabled called Rocket Loader (Under Speed -> Optimization) which I didn’t know existed. Turning that off let the JS load correctly.
