Hello, I’ve just started using this plugin. I’m having a problem with the shortcode for the login screen. If you use the link, you’ll see that there are two copies of the login section and also it doesn’t look like the login form that’s in the help pages for the plugin. How do I get the below form?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @pendle666,

From what I can see, that page was created with Elementor. Both of the login forms appear to be in different Elementor containers.

Please delete both containers from that page until you don’t see any login form left, after which you can use our Elementor Login widget: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/integration-with-other-plugins/elementor/#Login_Widget, to display the login form.

Let me know how this goes

    Hello,

There were a number of empty containers on that page, so I got rid of all of them and added the login widget again.

But when viewing the page in another browser, I still don’t have the login form that I’m expecting per the user documentation.

I created a new page, and it made no difference. I can only see the registration form if I put it into a different browser. But then, it’s not per the documentation for the plugin.

It is not in the style of the website and doesn’t look very professional.

Is this what I get with the free version? This is what I was expecting:

The form design you’re seeing in the documentation is using one of the form designs available in the paid version, but we are not allowed to speak about the paid versions here. I can see you have already opened a support ticket on our site, so we can continue the conversation about these form designs there.

Note: I think you have the following setting disabled: Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> General -> Load CSS. If enabled, it should help with the alignment of the forms, since it will use the default CSS from the plugin (but still it won’t have that exact form design as you mentioned)

Hi, I’ve got your email, so I’ll reply to that.
