Front end profile Creation

Hi I am working on a site and require the following;

Users are assigned a login called “Franchisee”

When a franchisee user goes to login they get taken to their front end profile, this will contain some extra fileds I will want them to fill in,

Once the profile has been completed the user is able to then view their profile as a page. or post whichever is easier.
