Thank you for your interest in WP-HR Manager.
Our plugin does not create roles such as Accounting Manager or CRM Manager, only HR Manager, so I am not sure what you are asking me in regard to those.
As regards the front end view:
You may need to enable front end view. Go to the sidebar – WPHR Settings => Modules and ensure the HR Frontend box is ticked.
The plugin several creates new pages, so depending on how you have set your permalinks you should see the front end screens:
http://www.yourdomain.com/my-profile/
http://www.yourdomain.com/dashboard/
http://www.yourdomain.com/employee-profile/
http://www.yourdomain.com/employee-list/
If your Permalinks are set to create URLS in a different format simply go to Pages and find the pages above and view them to see the actual URL. Pages can also be added to menus to make them easier to locate in future by your users.
