Front page content boxes translation

Hi, I am a starter of wp, I am doing a website using evolve theme, and I need two language versions, I have downloaded two plugins for translating, one is polylang, the other is lingotek, my first problem is I cant translate front page content boxes and second is all articles and pages are not automatically translated, is there anyone can hepl?
