Front page doesn’t translate properly

I’m using Screenr theme on my website (still localhost). Website is primarily in Serbian, I’ve wanted to add English and another language. All pages work well, except the front page. When I switch to a different language, it goes to a URL dedicated to tha language’s front page, but everything stays the same. If I go and change the front page in any language, it will apply to all of them.

Anyone has any ideas?
