Front page is not correct! Cache Cleared!

    I can’t get the home page cache of my site to clear no matter what I do. Every other page will clear except home page. I’ve enabled debugging and checking for front page text but it’s not finding it. It says “Front page is not correct! Cache Cleared!” but in fact cache is not cleared. Can anyone help? I’ve seen other posts in reference to this with no solutions.

    I meant to say this is only an issue on mobile phones and only for the home page. Every other page on every other device is fine and the cache will clear.
