Front Page Post Listing

    I have been trying to get the front page to just show the post with the author’s avatar. Right now, it forces me to have an image that has hovering information. I want a simple blog post look not a flashy “click this image to view the topic”

    An example of what I mean is how the posts are shown on this page, picture on the left side text on the right.

    Can anyone help me?
