Can you provide a link to the page in question?
Also, are you using the latest version of the plugin?
We’ll get you squared away in short order.
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
The site is: http://www.proformamilliondollar.club
And I am running the latest version of the plugin.

this is very strange. it’s as if the page stops rendering right when the widget is trying to be displayed. do you have a dev site that you can turn on wp_debug to see what errors are being thrown?
What version of WordPress & PHP do you have installed?
We are running WordPress 4.4.5 and I’m not sure how to check the version of PHP.
Unfortunately, no, we do not have a development environment.

Yikes. Regardless, we would like to understand where this issue is coming from, especially if it’s related to our plugin. You are invited to contact us at info [at] twinpictures [dot] and be sure include a link to this thread.
what happens if you place a simple text widget and then the countdown widget below it?
That’s what you see on the page currently.
The text describing the event is a text widget followed by your widget.
