Is there a way to display the bookings admin page on the frontend?

Hi garteth,
I apologize for the late reply. The bookings admin screen is only available in the WP admin panel. Are you just trying to set up a way for your staff to access only that page and no other admin pages? If so, you can look into setting up a Booking Manager account: https://doc.fivestarplugins.com/plugins/restaurant-reservations/user/bookings/booking-manager
