So you would like to make the ‘entries’ screen visible in a page? Or how would you like to manage the data in the frontend?
Sorry i didn’t get the second part. So if a form is submitted you want to send the information of that form and another form? Or what kind of combination do you want to do?

I’m building my own crm systeem in combination with mortgage application. All the input and output should frontend in forms or in pages for selecting a client the user wants to crud.
Users start have to start in a dashboard with an overview of client they have created. A user may not see what other user have created. In this overview of created clients I want select the client I want edit or to delete. If I want edit them there should be apeare a form with the dat of te client. In a sidebar I want to choose the related topix like spouse, products or morgagecalculations. This is al connected to the client. Beside of to dashboard for a startingpoint I want the possibility for adding a new client with his spouse, products and morgagecalculations.
This is the rough outline I want to build as an app. I hope you get a picture and I hope you can help me.
Oh i see, like you said that is more like a full system rather than a form (or a few of them) adding, editing and updating a form in the front end should be easy using the pages add-on that already support edition, or if you prefer i think i can tweak your copy of the plugin to show the ‘entries’ screen in the front end. but combining the forms together or adding security (to only allow certain users to edit certain forms) would be hard as that would require tweaking the plugin in different areas to allow linking all the forms together and adding the appropriate security =S.
Unfortunately i don’t have any example code to do this, i could guide you at what you would need to modify in the code but it won’t be easy =S. Sorry. Or if you prefer i can do the modifications myself but i wouldn’t be able to do it for free (sorry again) because the modification would be kind of big.
