Frontend Form

i am having a lot of trouble customizing the form, can’t fix the timezones to one area and cannot remove the categories and tags. I keep getting spam categories created such as casino, plug and play casino, etc so I need to be able to fix form. I have not after setup been able to get back to form setup for some reason
