Frontend forms issue

Since updating to latest version, I’m unable to create new fields in forms or edit existing fields. The issue is with the ‘Add field’ button – it creates a ‘Text’ field but the ‘edit’ doesn’t bring up the dropdown panel to be able to edit this field.
