    Hi normaldenker,

    Here are answers for your questions-

    1. For now this feature is not available in plugin. But agents having access to tickets only in dashboard. They are not allowed to view any other details/info on dashboard. So it is safe to give them dashboard access.
    2. It needs customization specifically for your site, Because generally people want all tickets visible to agents.
