Frontend not found

Hey,
after activating the plugin and setting up a vote including a question etc. i get the follwing error when opening the page: “The requested URL /cc/voting/test-poll/ was not found on this server.”

Do you have an idea what i forgot? FTP user hast CHOWN on all the folders…
