Frontend wp_editor

Hi, is there any way to add this functionality to the wp_editor frontend function? I’m using a custom upload form which allows users to submit posts from the frontend, but i’m gettign complaints about the spellcheker disapearing, this plugin is awsome, but could really do with it hooking into every TinyMCE instance that is called.
