Frontier Post Insert a customized form as a post

Hello:

I want to combine Frontier Post with another plug-in called Insert Form Maker to post a customized form in the front-end. Everything works well in the back-end and I can call “Insert-form-maker” shown as an icon in the editor and create a post. However, in the front-end, when I want to create a new post or edit posts, clicking the “Insert-form-maker” icon in the editor leads no response.
If I want specified users, e.g. author ,can insert a customized form in a post and publish at front-end, Will this plugin work for that?
