Frontpage Break

Hello, had the version 3.7.3 with the plugin 2.5.38 all worked fine for several months now and now just broke and show only code in the front-page when i disable the plugin it show the index.php again and not code (but with the messy 2 languages together)

Any idea;

Should i update the plugin to 2.5.39 would fix this problem
