Frontpage Posts

    I’m trying to get only select pages to show up on the Frontpage posts. I currently have the content type selected to Pages with the number of posts to 3. I’ve also Ordered my pages to where the three I want to show to be numbered as the first three.. However, it appears to have no effect on order of Frontpage posts.
    Any ideas?

    Dan,

    Did you set the “Number of posts” to 3 from Optimizer Options > Frontpage > Frontpage Posts ? I just checked the option is working fine.

    Yes, I initially had frontpage posts set to 3 and the Content Type as Pages. However, the latest 3 pages created where the ones shown and it did not take in consideration the “order” of my pages.
    As of now, I’ve changed the Number Of Posts to 6 and my header to include everything.
    Yet, I’d still like to be able to only show certain pages (only swimming pool projects) on the Frontpage Posts as I will be developing more websites and I like this theme..
    Let me know if you have any thoughts on how this can be accomplished,

    Oh, and I should mention that I tried to create a Projects category for Posts and create Posts with all information.. (and of course Display posts from only the Projects Category).. however, when I did that the link in the Frontpage posts was simply to the featured image and did not display the actual post.

    Dan,

    Sorry for the late reply, You can only select pages for frontpage in the PRO version.

    Can you please set the frontpage posts category to “Projects” category and let us know?
