frontpage theme not working

    Recently my friend’s site was hacked and I just finished fixing it.
    Now when I go on the website the front page has no theme to it, but if I click on one of the posts the theme shows up.

    I’m not sure how to fix it.

    I’m using delicate 3.4.3 theme.
