Frustrated

Hi i purchased a 3 year 5 site security package 26th November 21 transaction id 55L61063TG278531W
invoice no 4911319 $68.07 however nothing has registered so i thought nothing was paid , So today 28th November 21 i have paid for one year 3 site security package costing $24 and still not registering !!!! whats going on !!! i have now paid out $92.07 from my paypal account for what !!!! please advise as very unhappy that things have not connected as i thought it should Please note i have anti spam under {emails removed by moderator}
as the cleantalk account seemed to go into different directions

Please get back so i have the plugins working and refund the confusion of the two seperate payments so only one is live .
