    Tried to import custom link via CSV file. This has failed several times– yes, I exported the custom link file and maintained the same format. I even used the same physical CSV file, appended data to it, saved it. Still no go.

    Upon advice for IJ support, I updated setting to erase data upon deactivation of IJ plugin, in order to get a fresh start. Upon reactivation, all the original custom links are still listed (i.e., the data was retained, despite the change in settings). A second try at uploading custom data failed again.

    This is disappointing for a premium product.

    Any ideas for resolution?

    Don’t worry – we’ll get that handled.

    Is it possible to share your CSV file somehow with me? In most cases this is due to wrong format (when data is generated with 3rd party tools like MS Excel for example).
