FTP Auto update plugins complete but wrong directory

    I set up several wp blog on my host
    one is http://web-vn.com/home
    another:
    http://web-vn.com/vncfo.com
    http://web-vn.com/pix_blog
    With http://web-vn.com/home the update and install plugins things work fine.
    But with others, even when I install new wordpress site, when I install or update plugins, it completes successfully, but in fact it goes to http://web-vn.com/home’s plugins directory, I tried setting default plugins directory and FTP directory but it wouldn’t work.
    It’s the problem of some auto-define function in wordpress that locate the ftp directory, it did that in someway I can’t figure out.
    Please help me!
    P.S: I tried to search for “home” in database and every line of code but no result relevant to this issue

    Exactly the same problem here: several WP installs in the same directory (for testing purposes) and all of them trying to install plugins and themes into the same directory. Database wouldn’t reveal any information as did the files.

    Please help.
