FTP – missing files

    Dear Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with your backup plugin.
    The backup files are not uploading to my FTP server as expected.
    The plugin appears to generate backups correctly, but the upload process either fails or does not start at all.

    I have checked my FTP password and available storage, but the issue persists.
    Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this problem?
    Are there any specific logs I should check to identify the cause?
