FTP Plugins Cannot Write FTP HELP PRO and WPADM

    I installed PAID PRO so version says
    Dropbox Backup & Restore Plugin to create Dropbox Full Backup (Files + Database) of your Web Page
    Version 1.2.1 Icons are same so hopefully complaining to correct developer

    Also paid $10 into WPADM (though needed to) and still cannot get any successful backups on my site. WPADM Says plugins not installed but fails to install onto ftp site – have connected to Dropbox via WPADM AND Custom code app with nothing working. I have sent 4-5 emails to support with Login PW etc and not seeing ANY replies or help. There might be an error in them getting through though logged it at time but I need to get this resolved or refunded.

    Have ftp access to Site, Access to Dropbox otherwise AND have folder permissions of 755 and or 777
