    Hello Jacob,

When I backup my UPLOADS/WPPA-source folder every jpg file that contains an apostrophe in the filename fails to transfer.

They appear like this: Gregoria \\\’Ria\\\’ Tibesar.jpg

The 3 back-slashes cause the transfer to fail.

The apostrophe special character has never been an issue in the past. I have completed many FTP backups successfully in the past.

Could this be a new Setting within the WPPA plugin that is causing this?

    Thank you very much!

On further investigation we are thinking a restoration plugin caused the excess backslashes around the apostrophes in the filenames.

We noticed the files are duplicated.

So I will try to delete the duplicate files with the bad filenames and all should be on track again.

Merry Christmas Jacob to you and your family!
