Full frame thumbnails?

There must be an easy way to do this…

I have a series of galleries of my photography at http://www.darinboville.com

Everything works great except the thumbnails are all fixed ration thumbnails ancd the images are cropped. They’re o.k when viewed full size, just not in thumbnail form.

How can I have thumbnails that show the entire image?
