full navigation menu not showing

Hello, we are poised for a new site to go live but the navigation in the header isn’t showing on the site previews. We used the Twenty-twenty-five theme and have four pages. The headers and footers show properly in Appearance/Editor and under Navigation and Templates and Pages. But going to View Site or View Page, only one of the four menu items shows.
Under Appearance/Editor, the site looks fine:
But viewing the page or previewing the site, only the Contact menu item shows up:
Note sure if the screenshots I added above will show. The site is password-protected at present, but you still see the header. Note that we’ve tried viewing it on phone and two different computers, and same thing–only the 4th of 4 menu items show up.

Hi–yes, I just changed it to be public. But, as you see, only Contact is showing up in the menu. I’ve tried everything I could think of–creating a new navigation block and using that, I’ve triple-checked that the page links on the menu are correct. Here’s screen grabs of various parts:
That last view is how it shows in the Site View (the Editor). Which is correct!
Sure hope someone here has a clue of how to fix this! I’ve cleared the Cache, disabled and re-activated plug-ins. We are using a basic WP theme (Twenty-twenty-five) so it’s not a quirky “off-brand” one. Help!
