Full Page Template Missing & Header Issues

    Hello,

    I am working with the Elfie Pro version of the theme, and for some reason, I only see 3 template options (Default Template, Featured banner/No sidebar, and No sidebar), however on the Elfie Demo page, it shows that there is a full width page option. Can you please tell me where that option is?

    Also, I am running into an issue where the header is showing up on every page, and that is not what I want.
