Full public_html backup support in UpdraftPlus Premium?

    Hey Team,

    We are currently using the free version of UpdraftPlus.

    We would like to confirm a key requirement before upgrading to the Premium version.

    Our website hosting environment contains multiple files and folders inside the public_html directory, including:

    • WordPress installation
    • Additional landing pages
    • Some independent (non-WordPress) pages

    At present, the free version of UpdraftPlus is only backing up files within the wp-content directory.

    Before purchasing the Premium version, we would like to know:

    Does UpdraftPlus Premium allow taking a full backup of the entire public_html directory, including non-WordPress files and folders?

    If yes:

    • How can this be configured?
    • Are there any limitations we should be aware of?

    This clarification will help us decide on upgrading to the Premium version.
