If users have to provide a screenshot, advise them to use a free upload tool such as https://cloudup.com/ or even Dropbox or a myriad of such other tools.
Please feel free to direct people to your email for your commercial plugins.
But for the free version that is hosted by ww.wp.xz.cn, keep your support here. It will also help other users who face the same problem. They can read it and try your advise immediately.
