'Full screen' not full screen

Hi,

I love this plugin, but I have a small issue with it (version 1.6.0): enabling the ‘Full screen’ option leaves a white column at the right-hand side of the screen. It looks like this:

Resizing my browser (FF) did not change this behaviour. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there perhaps a workaround?
