I should have been able to provide you with immediate solution if I could have gotten better context with your link.

Would it be possible to provide a screenshot instead, that you can link here when it is uploaded to reputable file sharing service like snipboard.io? Or, provide the detailed steps to replicate your page, so I could troubleshoot it with my test site.

Please edit your page and enable the “Page builder mode” under the Botiga Page Options on your page’s block editing sidebar panel. See this screenshot for better context.

If those settings don’t work for you when visiting the page, there might be some particular settings from one of your active plugins that override them. You might raise a separate topic of your own if that the case. You could use this field in your topic for better context.
