Full width and image links

    I’m testing out Modula 2.0 and love the flexibility of the custom grid. A couple questions.

    1) the Creative Gallery layout has a width option, and shows at 100%. When using the Custom Grid, it does not show at 100% and there is no where to set this. How can I show this grid at full width, or at least centered on the page?

    2) when I add images, I can edit them and add a URL, and it says “Enter a hyperlink if you wish to link this image to somewhere other than its full size image.” However, it never opens this link – it only uses a lightbox or opens the image. I need it to open the link.

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for trying out Modula 2.0!
    1. The custom grid was designed to always have the width 100%. What you are experiencing seems to be a bug. Could you please send me your website’s url so I can take a look and investigate? It will help me provide feedback to our developers so they can fix it.

    2. This also seems to be a bug and I have already forwarded it to our development team so they can address this in our 2.0 update.

    From what I can tell it seems like you are not using the whole custom grid space.
    Using drag and drop you need to drag your images the whole available width, like in my screenshot here: https://gyazo.com/566d90dd65d5763b8b19d80f1637e4f9

    This should fix your issue!

    Hi Mihaela,

    I tried that, but it was sending one of the elements down to a new row rather than simply filling the space. At least when I wasn’t using the full grid it kept them all in my desired placement, it just doesn’t fill the screen width.

    I just set it up that way again, and it looks OK most of the time, but as I change the screen size sometimes it sends that element down a row even when there is plenty of room. I understand moving items down if you shrink the screen or go to a mobile view, but not as you’re making the screen larger.

    I left it that way for now if you want to take a look and see how it’s behaving.
