I’ve gone back through 81 pages of the support on Virtue to see if this has been asked, but didn’t see anyone ask specifically about full width for an image on a single page (most were about header, slider, etc).

Is there any way to have the image be responsive and full width?

Hey,
You can do this using Page Builder plugin- https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/siteorigin-panels/
Create a row and give it a widget (even a blank widget) then set the background for that row and set the row layout to full width stretched.
