Full Width Page Template being wider?

    Hi guys, I am a fair newbie but I have managed to make a Full Width page for Twenty Sixteen site! Big up me…

    However it is floating quite narrowly in the middle of the page. Is there anything I can do to widen the content area for the full width pages (essentially a video page and the home page whilst keeping the settings the same for the standard pages with sidebar?

    (The above to be okay on mobile responsiveness….)

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Sorry I will add. Thi is the code I added to my style.css child theme:

    .content-area-wide {
    float: left;
    margin-right: -100%;
    width: 100%;
    }

    I have tried playing with this but it just sends the text off the page to the right….
